Shipping Policy

• Processing Times: All orders are made to order. Please allow 2–7 business days for production before shipping.
• Shipping Times: Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after production, depending on your location.
• Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on your address and items ordered.
• Tracking: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.

Return & Exchange Policy

• Made-to-Order Products: Because each item is custom printed, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or incorrect sizing.
• Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing error, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
• Order Changes/Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled or changed only within 12 hours of purchase. After that, production begins and changes may not be possible.
